Nahit Akarkarasu / Toros Tarım Board Member

Att. Nahit Akarkarasu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 1997. In the same year, he joined the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) in the Supervision Department, where he served for 12 years, initially as an Assistant Expert, then as an Expert, and finally as a Head of Department.

He completed his Master’s degree programs at Yeditepe University and Columbia University in 2005 and 2007, respectively. In 2009, he joined Tekfen Holding A.Ş. as Legal Counsel. Since 2024, he has also been serving as the Legal Counsel for Tekfen Construction and Installation. Possessing extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance, zoning law, capital markets law, as well as judicial and administrative disputes, Att. Nahit Akarkarasu has a published professional thesis titled “Internal Audit in Corporations and Enhancing the Effectiveness of Boards of Auditors” (2000).

Nahit Akarkarasu was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Toros Tarım as of December 15, 2025.
