Erdinç Perçemli / Member of the Board of Directors at Toros Tarım

Born in 1982, Erdinç Perçemli graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University and later earned his MBA from University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, where he completed his postgraduate studies in Business Administration between 2014 and 2015.

Mr. Perçemli began his professional career in 2007 as a Financial Analyst at T.C. Ziraat Bankası. In 2008, after successfully passing the Assistant Auditor examination of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), he joined TMSF and has continued his career there since. Over the course of his tenure, he has served as Assistant Fund Auditor and Fund Auditor, respectively.

Currently, Mr. Perçemli holds the position of Group Coordinator at the TMSF I. Collection Department. In addition, he has held—and in some cases continues to hold—senior board-level roles, including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Member, in various companies operating across sectors such as textiles, mining, iron and steel, furniture, energy, oil, and natural gas. These roles include positions at Birleşim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., a subsidiary of TMSF, as well as other entities under the administration and supervision of TMSF.

As of April 7, 2026, Mr. Perçemli has been elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Toros Tarım.
