Namık Ülke / Chairman of the Board

Born in 1969, Namık Ülke graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University in 1991. He began his career at Akbank in 1993 as an Inspector.

Between 1997 and 2012, he worked at Türk Ekonomi Bankası (Turkish Economy Bank), where he served respectively as Inspector, Credit Risk Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Director. From 2012 to 2013, he served as Regional Director at Odeabank Güneşli Commercial and Corporate Center, and between 2013 and 2014, he was General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at Parafinans Factoring. Between 2014 and 2017, Namık Ülke served as Executive Vice President for Corporate & Commercial Banking at Anadolubank, and from 2017 to 2024, he served as CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Anadolubank, Chairman of the Board of Anadolu Factoring, and Chairman of the Bank’s Executive Committee (ALCO – Asset and Liability Committee), being responsible for all the bank’s financial and administrative operations. As of October 10, 2025, Namık Ülke has been serving as Group Companies President (CEO) of Tekfen Holding as of December 15, 2025, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Toros Tarım.
