Toros Tarım is a subsidiary of Tekfen Holding – a public company – and its shares are not listed in the stock exchange independently. Tekfen Agri-Industry Group has Investor Relations Department in order to provide accurate and timely information to Tekfen Holding investors regarding the Agri-Industry Group. The department is working in coordination with the Investor Relations and Corporate Governance Department of Tekfen Holding since Holding’s Initial Public Offering dated November 2007. The objective of the department is to provide accurate information both to the investors and the research analysts and answer their questions in a timely manner.
